Heat Treating

Ohio Star Forge offers a number of heat treatment solutions for our diverse product line-up. Our metallurgical experience, in combination with the variety of heat treatment capabilities we offer, enable us to assist our customers in achieving the desired hardness and microstructure conditions. Product condition offerings include as-forged, control-cooled, normalized, and spheroidize annealed.  Additional sub-contracted heat treatment services are available upon request.
